Licensed Psychologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and provide exceptional care as well as the necessary skills needed to assist, support and communicate effectively that prioritizes emotional safety. This role requires a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Duties:
-Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
-Provide therapy sessions to patients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
-Engage in data collection for research purposes to contribute to the advancement of psychological practices.
-Stay updated on medical terminology and best practices within the field of psychology.

Skills:
-Strong understanding of special education principles and practices.
-Experience with DBT skills and or Somatic Experiencing Practices.
-Proficient in patient care techniques and methodologies.
-Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to psychological services.
-Ability to conduct thorough research and apply findings in clinical practice.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
-Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and data collection processes.
